These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of nucleuscoop.wiki. By browsing the site or using its links, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, stop using the site.
1. Site description and independent status
Nucleus Co-op Wiki publishes English download guidance, installation help, game-specific handler notes, controller advice, online and offline explanations, troubleshooting pages, and frequently asked questions. The site is an independent community resource. It is not operated by, endorsed by, sponsored by, or officially supported by the Nucleus Co-op developers, SplitScreen-Me, GitHub, any game publisher, or any handler maintainer unless a page explicitly says otherwise.
The site may link to official release assets, documentation, stores, publisher pages, or community resources. A link is a navigation and reference convenience; it does not transfer responsibility for the external service to Nucleus Co-op Wiki.
2. Legitimate game ownership and downloads
Nucleus Co-op is a Windows utility and handler workflow. It does not include games, grant game licenses, bypass ownership checks, or authorize unauthorized copies. You are responsible for obtaining and using legitimate game installations and for following the license, account, launcher, network, and mod rules that apply to each game.
Do not use this site to locate or distribute cracked games, pirated files, DRM bypasses, unauthorized patches, or repacked executables. Download links may lead to a third-party release provider whose terms apply after you leave nucleuscoop.wiki.
3. Handlers, mods, launchers, and community files
A game handler is a game-specific instruction or compatibility layer. It may have separate version, player-count, launcher, mod, input, save, or connection requirements. A handler is not the same thing as the main application, and the presence of a community guide is not a permanent compatibility guarantee.
You are responsible for checking a handler's source, version, file contents, license, and compatibility with your game. Do not replace the main application with an unknown executable or use a file whose origin and purpose are not explained.
4. Acceptable use
- Use the site for lawful research, setup, troubleshooting, and legitimate software or game workflows.
- Do not attack, overload, scrape aggressively, probe, or interfere with the site or its providers.
- Do not use site content to distribute malware, piracy, credential theft, harassment, or deceptive downloads.
- Do not misrepresent Nucleus Co-op Wiki as an official developer or publisher site.
- Do not submit passwords, license keys, private game files, or sensitive personal information to support email.
- Do not use external links or page content to violate another person's rights or applicable law.
5. Accuracy, version changes, and troubleshooting advice
Software releases, handlers, game builds, launchers, mods, drivers, and security products can change. We aim to keep page facts and links useful, but we do not guarantee that every instruction remains correct for every device or future version. Verify the current release source and read the exact handler notes before making a change.
Troubleshooting advice is general information, not a promise that a particular fix will work. Make backups before changing saves, handlers, mods, profiles, permissions, or game files. Change one variable at a time and stop if a step could damage your installation or data.
6. Availability and external services
We may change, pause, remove, or reorganize pages, download links, assets, or support channels. We do not promise uninterrupted availability, permanent storage, or error-free content. GitHub, game stores, publishers, handler hubs, analytics services, advertising providers, and other external services have their own outages, policies, and terms.
The site may use third-party analytics, security, advertising, and hosting services. Their use is also governed by their own policies and by the Privacy Policy on this site.
7. Intellectual property and site content
Unless otherwise stated, the original text, organization, branding, illustrations, and layout published on Nucleus Co-op Wiki belong to the site operator or are used under an applicable permission or license. You may read, link to, and quote short portions for lawful reference with appropriate attribution, but do not copy the site wholesale, frame it to imply affiliation, or resell its pages as official documentation.
Game names, logos, screenshots, releases, handlers, and third-party marks belong to their respective owners. The site does not claim ownership of those names or imply endorsement.
8. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
The site and its content are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that a download will be available, that a handler will support your game build, that a fix will work, that a file is free of every security risk, or that a game will launch or connect in your environment.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Nucleus Co-op Wiki and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive losses arising from use of the site, external links, software downloads, game files, handler files, support advice, data loss, or inability to use a service. Some jurisdictions do not allow every limitation, so the applicable limit may vary.
9. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms when the site scope, external services, content, download workflow, or legal requirements change. The effective date will be updated when the revised text is published. Continued use of the site after an update means the revised Terms apply to future use.
10. Contact
Questions about these Terms can be sent to support@nucleuscoop.wiki. For a technical correction, include the page URL, game or handler name, version, and exact problem rather than sending private credentials or game files.
